In this study, 79 tenants among 115 tenants City Mall St. John Shopping Center are \nchosen by using the Raosoft sample size calculator. Simple random sampling method is \napplied to select the sample respondents and online survey method is used. For data \nanalysis, both descriptive statistics and regression methods are used in this study. The study \nfound that the influencing factors have a significant and positive effect on tenants \npreference. The results of the regression show that tenants preference: shopper visits and\ntenant occupation at City Mall St. John are positively and significantly affected by\ninfluencing factors such as location, tenant mix, mall image and parking. The study reveals \nthat purchasing power has a moderating effect on the relationship between the influencing \nfactors and tenants preference.
