The objective of the study is to investigate factors contributing to \npotential mismatches between the skills acquired and job market demands. Employing a \ndescriptive analysis, this research draws on both primary and secondary data. Primary \ndata were gathered through a structured questionnaire survey targeting graduates who \ncompleted soft skills and technical training programs after graduation, using a random \nsampling approach. The survey collected both quantitative and qualitative data on \ngraduates\u0027 perceptions of skill assessment, job search experiences, linkages between skill \ndevelopment and employment, and satisfaction with skill development institutions. \nResults indicate a generally positive alignment of skills with job market needs but also \nhighlight gaps in specific areas, such as practical experience and advanced technical \nskills, that could be addressed to improve employability.
