The objectives are to ascertain the relationship between easiness, trust and customers’ satisfaction and also to determine the customers’ satisfaction level. The study employed primary data which were collected through structured questionnaires. The cluster sampling method was employed to analyses the customers’ satisfaction towards MPU card use among persons in the working age group between15-64 years. The multiple regression linear model was used to ascertain the relationship between easiness, trust and customers’ satisfaction of MPU card users in San Chaung Township. Moreover, the Chi-square test was used to explore association between brand card and status of usage and levels of customers’ satisfaction.
