This study investigated the influence of five factors personality (FFP) and gender differences on prosocial behavior (PSB) among undergraduate students in Yadanabon University. A questionnaire study was carried out by using 267 randomly selected undergraduates. As a result of internal consistency reliability analysis, coefficient alpha was .78 for prosocial behavior, .60 for neuroticism, .66 for extraversion, .41 for openness to experience, .56 for agreeableness and .83 for consciousness, respectively. Six hypotheses were tested. The result showed that personality traits (extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and consciousness) are positive relationship with prosocial behavior but neuroticism is not related with prosocial behavior.
