The qualitative research approach is gathered the deep\r understanding about the situation of banks and SMEs and constructive trust building.\r The research was analyzed by qualitative method through the interview process in two\r entities of banks and SMEs. The participants are SMEs from Yangon and Mandalay\r regions and SME bankers from SME banking industry who are managerial level and\r above. Semi-structured style of interview questionnaires was conducted during the\r interview time. Moreover, the empirical analysis was used to find out the research\r purpose. The purpose of the result sought to understand if the trust were deep in\r between two entities, can support the decision on loan approval although the\r applicants are SMEs which are having information asymmetry for the banks are\r happened to hesitate to give loans because of the possibilities of default. This study\r reveals the nature of banks and SMEs as well as the business. This study will\r contribute to the further study in SME industry leads to be more flexible on banks\r restricted on loan process and decision making.
