The study reveals that there is a strong and statistically significant \ncorrelation between employee performance and organizational performance. The Asia \nGeneral Group should provide equipment and solutions that effectively mitigate muscle \nfatigue, enhance productivity, and minimize the occurrence and intensity of work-related \nmusculoskeletal problems. In addition, Asia General Group should offer competitive \nsalaries and benefits to support employees’ well-being.
