Efficiency, \nconvenience, and service effectiveness have positive and significant effects on job \nsatisfaction. In the analysis of the effect of working environment on job satisfaction, \nrelationship with co-workers and top management have positive and significant effects on \njob satisfaction. In the analysis of the effect of motivation factors on job satisfaction, both \nsalary and promotion have positive and significant effects on job satisfaction. The job \nsatisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job performance in the analysis of job \nsatisfaction on job performance.
