Both primary and secondary data are utilized in this study. By utilizing the Yamane \nformula, the sample size 92 out of 120 maintenance engineers is calculated. In this study, \na simple random sampling method is also applied. The primary data is collected by using \nonline survey method. The secondary data is collected from documents and websites such \nas textbooks, previous international research papers, periodical journals, relevant \ndocuments from MAI. For data analysis, both descriptive statistics and linear regression \nanalysis are used to analyze the collected data. The findings highlight that there is a positive \nand significant effect of new technology adaptation on job satisfaction. Efficiency, \nconvenience, and service effectiveness have positive and significant effects on job \nsatisfaction. In the analysis of the effect of working environment on job satisfaction, \nrelationship with co-workers and top management have positive and significant effects on \njob satisfaction. In the analysis of the effect of motivation factors on job satisfaction, both \nsalary and promotion have positive and significant effects on job satisfaction. The job \nsatisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job performance in the analysis of job \nsatisfaction on job performance.
