Based on the regression \nresults, training design, and off-the-job training have positive and significant effect on \nemployee engagement. Training design, and on-the-job training have positive and \nsignificant effect on employee motivation. Training design, and off-the-job training have \npositive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Moreover, employee \nengagement, and employee motivation have positive and significant effect on employee \nperformance. Earth Renewable Energy Company should focus on employee training \nespecially training design, on-the-job training and off-the-job training.
