Both \nprimary and secondary data are utilized in this research. The sample size of this study is \n86 employees out of 110 employees by using Raosoft sample size calculator. Simple \nrandom sampling method is used to select the respondents. Structured questionnaires with\n5-point Likert scale are used to gather primary data from these respondents. Online \nsurvey method is used to collect the data. In addition, secondary data are obtained from \ncompany records, earlier research studies, and pertinent online resources. The analysis \nmethod are descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis. Based on the regression \nresults, training design, and off-the-job training have positive and significant effect on \nemployee engagement. Training design, and on-the-job training have positive and \nsignificant effect on employee motivation. Training design, and off-the-job training have \npositive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Moreover, employee \nengagement, and employee motivation have positive and significant effect on employee \nperformance. Earth Renewable Energy Company should focus on employee training \nespecially training design, on-the-job training and off-the-job training.
