The purpose of the study was to identify the credit accessibility to farmers in Daydaye Township and to analyse the impact of agricultural credit accessibility on farm performance. The study used both primary and secondary data in order to fulfil the objective of the study. There are 75 farmers are applied to collect the primary data from 5 Villages among 90 Group of village . At the second stage 10% of the total households 749 farmers were randomly selected. the secondary data was collected from the previous studies reports and Ministry of Agriculture through interview and group discussion. This research used descriptive analysis and linear regression method to meet objectives of this study. Concerning of farmer credit access mainly rely on government organization and also others MFI and individual lender. It covered to use input cost such as quality seed, rental fee of farm machinery, hiring labour and land preparation cost. Collateral Requirement and easy loan documentation procedure are related with farm performance at 1% significant level and appropriate loan tenor, affordable interest rate, credit history and sufficient loan amount are 5% significant level.
