In this paper, image\r processing toolbox, controlling and take boxes were\r proposed to extract the numbers and characters from\r the input images. Our method consists of three steps. In\r the first step, the input license plate image is increased\r by doing some the action or noise modification. Then\r the features of the characters are extracted to overcome\r the sameness problems of the Myanmar characters.\r Finally, neural network is used for the character\r recognition.
