Primary and secondary \ndata were also used in this investigation. The research focuses on independent variables \nthat include a wide range of innovative techniques, such as product, process, service, \nand marketing communication innovation. The total number of customers at MAB \nbank is 126,251. The Yamane (1973) formula yields a sample size of 399. A total of \n399 clients of MAB bank were selected using the simple random sample method to \ncollect structured questionnaires. To determine the correlation between independent \nand dependent variables, regression analysis is used. According to the survey, customer \nsatisfaction is positively and significantly impacted by service, process, product, and \nmarketing communication innovation. The MAB bank's innovative service methods \nhave the greatest impact on customer satisfaction of all the practices. Regression \nresearch shows that customer loyalty is positively and statistically significantly \nimpacted by customer satisfaction. Based on research findings, MAB bank could \nprovide a digital replacement option by sending new codes to clients who seek card \nreplacements through internet banking. MAB bank should produce original music \ntracks and film series including renowned singers and actors. Furthermore, it is \nimperative for MAB bank to retain the customer's past transaction records on their \nmobile banking or internet application. MAB bank should provide a rapid online \nlending service that displays the progress of the loan procedure and provides an \nestimated timeframe for loan approval on their website.
