Anatase phase TiO2 started revealing at 300 ºC and pronounced at 500 ºC\r indicating the better crystallinity of TiO2 nanotubes. Photocatalysis activity of TiO2 nanotubes\r in methylene blue solution was also examined under UV light irradiation.
