The primary goals of this research are to investigate the variables that impact\nthe intention to use A+ Wallet and to assess the impact of that intention on the\ncontinuation of using 'A' Bank's A+ Wallet. Research methodologies that are both\ndescriptive and quantitative are used. Both primary and secondary data are used in this\ninvestigation. The sample size was calculated by Cochran’s formula (1977). To collect\nprimary data, structured questionnaires were used to interview 120 A+ Wallet\ncustomers from the Nat Mauk Street Branch of ‘A’ Bank. The conclusions of this study\npoint out five factors influencing that are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use,\ntrust, security and self-efficacy. In addition, the result indicates that intention to use is\naffecting the continuance to use of the customers. The majority of survey participants\nexpressed satisfaction with the influencing variables and indicated a good intention to\nutilize.
