Both descriptive and quantitative research\nmethods were utilized in this study. There are 479 employees who are working at the\ndifferent levels at AYA Bank, Riverview head office. In this study, 218 employees from\nAYA Bank were chosen by using simple random sampling method. Corporate governance\npractices which include transparency, equality, accountability and fairness have positive\nand significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Moreover, employee job satisfaction\nhas positive and significant effect on organizational performance at AYA Bank. The\nfindings indicate that fairness pointed out that there are some concerns or perceived\nconflicts in how fair practices are implemented within the bank.
