The primary and secondary data\napplied the study focuses on four key SCM practices: Supplier Relationship,\nPostponement, Customer Relationship, and Information Sharing. Employing a\nstructured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale, data were collected from\n172 employees across three departments — Production, Procurement, and Sales. The\nresearch utilizes both primary and secondary data, analyzed using multiple regression\ntechniques. Findings reveal that effective SCM practices significantly enhance\ncustomer satisfaction. All variables which are supplier relationship, postponement,\ncustomer relationship, and information sharing positively affect customer satisfaction.\nAmong them Information Sharing has the most effect on customer satisfaction and\nsignificant followed by Information Sharing, Customer Relationship, Supplier\nRelationship and Postponement affecting on Customer Satisfaction. The results\nunderscore the importance of strategic supplier partnership, flexible production\nprocesses, robust customer relationship management, and efficient information sharing\nin achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. This study suggests valuable insights\nfor Pucci Cake Myanmar and other bakeries aiming to improve their SCM practices to\nfoster customer loyalty and competitive advantage.
