Descriptive and quantitative research methods were\napplied to the parents of IIP International School using a simple random sampling\nmethod. The study explores eight pivotal dimensions: tangibility, reliability,\nresponsiveness, assurance, price, people, place, and process. Findings indicate high\noverall parent satisfaction, with significant areas of satisfaction including student\nsafety, educational services, staff responsiveness, and school location. The score levels\nfor parent perception across all criteria indicate a favorable trend, with a high level of\nperception. Furthermore, the findings of the regression analysis reveal that among the\nvariables; tangibility, responsiveness, and place, these three variables exhibited a\nstatistically significant positive effect on parent satisfaction.
