This study uses both primary \nand secondary data. Primary data are collected from 176 sample respondents by using google \nsurvey form through online. Respondents are selected by using simple random sampling method. \nSecondary data are gathered from text books, Internet websites and previous research papers. \nDescriptive statistics and regression analysis are used for quantitative research method. Customers \nhave high perception on experiential marketing practices. According to multiple regression, the \nstudy found that the independent variables of experiential marketing practices except think \nexperience have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The most positive significant factor is \nrelate experience, followed by sense experience, act experience, feel experience and think \nexperience. The study also found that customer satisfaction has a strongly positive significant \neffect on customer loyalty. Customers who were satisfied with their experience at Shan Yoe Yar \nRestaurant were more likely to return and recommend the restaurant to others.
