Examining the current\nstate and difficulties with Save the Children's engagement plan is the major goal of this\nstudy. This study combined qualitative and quantitative methods to apply descriptive\nmethods based on primary and secondary data. Employee engagement was found to be\nmost highly influenced by career development, work engagement, relationship\nmanagement, remuneration & benefits, and working environment. By revealing that\nemployees are thinking about eventually quitting the organization, the finding raises a\npossible risk. The total engagement rating for Save the Children Organization was found\nto be 4.53. As a result, the recommendation component needs to continue paying a lot of\nattention to all the positive characteristics that already positively influence employee\nengagement in this company.
