The samples were annealed at\n500ÂșC for 1 hr. The film structures were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD). From the XRD\nanalysis, lattice parameters, unit cell volume and crystallite sizes of the samples are calculated.\nAccording to the x-ray diffraction spectra, the samples were formed with tetragonal structure\nand preferred orientation alone (110) plane. Furthermore, the XRD data, dislocation density of\nthe samples are also calculated. The surface morphology was investigated by scanning electron\nmicroscopy (SEM).
