Both primary and secondary data are used in this study. The primary data is collected from members of Fit Way Gym. There are 120 members in Fit Way Gym (2023) and 95 out of 120 members are selected as sample size by using simple random sampling method. The selected members are asked with personal interview method by using structured questionnaires. Data analysis is conducted and applied both descriptive and linear regression methods. Secondary data is collected from Fit Way Gym Facebook, database, relevant textbooks, and some previous papers. The analytical research is applied to fulfill the objectives of the study. Among servicescape dimensions, equipment conditions and social factors have significantly positive effect on pleasure and arousal of Fit Way Gym Members. However, facility layout, facility design, ambience and facility system have no significant effect on pleasure and arousal of Fit Way Gym Members.
