Descriptive statistics and regression analysis are used\nto analyze the collected data. The results of this study indicate that employees in Schenker\nMyanmar Co., Ltd are more satisfactory with skill utilization and responsibility from job design\nfactors. According to regression analysis, job design factors as skill utilization and responsibility\nhave positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Moreover, job satisfaction has also\nsignificant and positive effect on job performance of employees in Schenker Myanmar Co., Ltd.\nTherefore, the management of the company should pay attention to importance of job design\nwhich increase job satisfaction and job performance of employees in Schenker Myanmar Co.,\nLtd.
