A sample of 93 respondents out of total 243 employees from branches in\nYangon were collected by sample random sampling method. This study applied both\ndescriptive statistics and regression analysis as methods to analyze the data. The\nresults indicated that all respondents have demonstrated moderate level of perception\nregarding the extrinsic and intrinsic factors offered by the Bank. According to\nmultiple regression, only intrinsic factors significant factors effect on job satisfaction\nof employee. However, among four intrinsic factors, three factors of responsibility,\nrecognition and development opportunities have a positive effect on job satisfaction.\nIn addition, job satisfaction also had effect on employee performance. Based on the\nfindings, Innwa Bank should prioritize the increase in intrinsic reward by giving\nproper responsibilities, formulating employee recognition programs and providing the\nemployee training and development programs, and providing opportunities for skill\ndevelopment and career growth to enhance employee job satisfaction and employee\nperformance.
