Structured questionnaire is used to collect data respondents by sample\nrandom sample techniques. The study also used a combination of qualitative and\nquantitative approaches. Regarding to the finding based on the main objective of the\nstudy, the supply chain management practices of supplier relationship and customer\nrelationship has the strong positive effects on the organizational performance.\nMoreover, the study found that as the information technology adaption is also having\na positive relationship with organizational performance.
