The primary aims of this\nstudy are to investigate the many elements that impact customer happiness and to assess\nthe impact of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty within the context of SME\nDevelopment banks. In order to accomplish the stated aims, both primary and\nsecondary data are utilized within the scope of this study. The primary data for this\nstudy were obtained from the individuals in charge of SMEDB, as well as from a sample\nof 110 respondents who have made deposits at SMEDB branches in the Yangon\nDivision. The Simple Random Sampling method is employed to gather primary data.\nThe collection of secondary data involves the utilization of publications, pertinent\ntextbooks, other online sources, as well as the records maintained by the SME\nDevelopment Bank. The influencing elements encompass various aspects, including\naccessibility, reactivity, reliability, employee competency, and price transparency.\nBased on the findings of the multiple regression analysis, the study reveals that various\nparameters, namely accessibility, reactivity, reliability, employee competency, and\nprice transparency, exhibit positive and statistically significant impacts on customer\nsatisfaction. Out of the factors considered, responsiveness emerges as the primary\ndeterminant with a notable and favorable impact on customer satisfaction. Additionally,\nit is worth noting that customer happiness has a noteworthy and constructive impact on\nclient loyalty.
