In this work, 1D titanium dioxide\r (TiO2) nanotubes array have been fabricated by the electrochemical anodization of Ti foils in\r electrolyte. Focus was placed on the morphology and size control of TiO2 nanotubes by\r varying fluoride content in electrolyte (0.3-0.6 Wt%). Fluoride contents of 0.4 and 0.5 Wt%\r are optimum for production of well-defined nanotubes array with uniform size distribution\r (tube diameter of 100 - 140 nm). It is also observed that higher the fluoride concentration, the\r larger is the anodization current across the sample.
