The data of unemployment rate, GDP growth rate,\nmanufacturing value added and inflation rate has been collected from World Data Bank.\nIn this thesis, the data series have not been existed unit root after taking the first\ndifference. This study examines the long run relationship between unemployment rate\nand some economic factors by using panel co-integration tests. Panel co-integration\ntests supportthat the stability of long-run relationship among some economic factors\nand unemployment rate. The long-run coefficients are estimated using fully modified\nordinary least square (FMOLS) procedure. This result suggest that there exists a longrun\nelasticity equilibrium co-integration within the variables. In addition, the fixed\neffects and random effects modelling approach were applied in this panel data. In order\nto deter, srine the suitable model for estimating panel data, Hausman test and Lagrange\nMultiplier test were done. According to the results, the random effects model was more\nappropriate for the data. In the appropriate random effects model, the productivity and\ninflation rate have statistically significant and positive impact whereas GDP growth\nrate has a signifieant and negative effect on unemployment rate."}]},"item_1583103120197":{"attribute_name":"Files","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2023-07-06"}],"displaytype":"preview","filename":"Kyawt Kyawt San,M.
