The objectives of the study are to\nidentify the motivational practices in Aung Yadana Hospital and to analyze the\ninfluencing factors of employee’s motivation in Aung Yadana Hospital. The study is\nconducted among 120 medical professionals including medical officers, nurses,\nlaboratory technicians, radiology technicians and pharmacists. Questionnaires are\nused to collect data by using simple random sampling method. This study uses the\ndescriptive research method. Data is the analyzed for employee motivation using\nstatistical software SPSS 22.0. This study is applied on Herzberg’s two factor theory\nof motivation. According to the survey, this is found that all levels of employees are\nsatisfied with hygiene factors. Thus, they dispel their dissatisfaction although they\ndon’t reach to the satisfaction level. According to analysis on motivators, managerial\nlevel is more satisfied with achievement factor while non-managerial level is more\nsatisfied with personal growth factor among other motivation factor. But, it is found\nthat all employees are fairly satisfied with all motivators of Aung Yadana Hospital.\nAnd then, it can be concluded that employees dispel dissatisfaction with hygiene\nfactors and reach to satisfaction level with motivators factors of AYC.
