In this study, Bridgstock\n(2009)’s model is used. The statistical analysis of descriptive statistics, correlation\nand regression methods was used. To fulfill this paper, the survey was conducted by\ninterviewing sample 387 respondents of total population of 11314 graduates (2010-\n2014), Yangon University of Economics with structured questionnaire via phone, email,\nfacebook, messenger and collected data in courses.\nAs the statistics result of correlation analysis, four skills (discipline-specific\nskill, generic skill, self-management skills, and career-building skills) have positive\nrelationship with employability. Especially, generic skills, self-management skills and\ncareer-building skills have fairly positive relationship with employability, According\nto regression analysis, generic skills, career-building skills and self-management skills\nare significant impact on employability at 0.01 level. According to Bridgstock\n(2009)’s model, all fours skills are positively and directly relationship with\nemployability. And hence when making analysis in Myanmar, especially, we find that\nknowledge (generic skill) and career management skills (self-management skills,\ncareer–building skills) are significant with employability.
