The objectives of the study are to identify the working\nenvironment factors of Yangon Zoological Garden and to analysis the employee\nsatisfaction on the working environment factors of .Yangon Zoological Garden.\nQuestionnaires are used to collect data of 113 sampled employees from all\ndepartments by using simple random sampling method. This study uses the\ndescriptive research method.\nAccording to the finding from analysis of employee satisfaction towards\nworking environment, there are no dissatisfaction with working environment as\ncompany supports properly working hours, job safety and security, relationship with\nco-worker and supervisor, facilities, work life balance, effective communication\nchannel, health care, top management support and training and development.\nAmong them, working hours is found the less weakness. Therefore, company\nshould provide flexible working hours that will enhance effective performance of\nemployees available. Relationship with co-worker and supervisor is the influential\namong working environment factors.
