By using convenience sampling method\" a\nsample of 150 employees (drivers) is chosen from the total population of 260 emplolees\n(drivers) at Porver Eieven Public Co., Ltd. I'his stud,v indicates tLrat the emplovees at YBS 21 are the most\nsatisfied ones on the overall compensation system and the employees at YBS 39 and YBS\n41 are least satisfled in comparison.
