In order\nto collect primary data, structured questionnaires equipped with a five-point Likert scale will\nbe used in personal interviews with selected workers of Myanma Insurance. Using a process\nknown as simple random sampling, a sample of 190 (54 percent) out of a total of 350 employees\nworking at the head office of Myanma Insurance in Yangon were chosen for the selection.\nThese employees range from manager level to junior assistant level. In order to accomplish this\ntask, a descriptive research method approach was utilized. A regression analysis is used to\ninvestigate the relationship between the level of employee motivation and the level of\nperformance achieved by employees. The following factors payment, rewards system,\npromotion policy, working environment, and training are taken into consideration while\nanalyzing motivation: The findings of this research indicate that there is a strong and favorable\nconnection between the levels of employee motivation and employee performance. A further\nconclusion that can be drawn is that the working environment, the payment system, and the\nrewards system all have a substantial beneficial impact with employee performance. Based on\nthe findings of this study, it was determined that the promotion policy and training program\nhave no meaningful link with employee performance. The responses also prove that promotion\npolicy and training program are useless, and employees are not satisfied with promotion policy\nand training program as a means of reaching their motivation. This is also proven through the\nresponses."}]},"item_1583103120197":{"attribute_name":"Files","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2023-05-06"}],"displaytype":"preview","filename":"Soe Thida Lwin, MBF-49, (Day) 3rd Batch.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"692 KB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_0","url":{"url":"https://meral.edu.mm/record/8871/files/Soe Thida Lwin, MBF-49, (Day) 3rd Batch.pdf"},"version_id":"494d5135-3222-40b9-9c0d-4ae12b4afcb0"}]},"item_1583103233624":{"attribute_name":"Thesis/dissertations","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_awarding_university":"Yangon University of Economics","subitem_supervisor(s)":[{"subitem_supervisor":"Dr. Tin Tin Htwe"}]}]},"item_1583105942107":{"attribute_name":"Authors","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_authors":[{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Soe Thida Lwin"}]}]},"item_1583108359239":{"attribute_name":"Upload type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Other"}]},"item_1583108428133":{"attribute_name":"Publication type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Thesis"}]},"item_1583159729339":{"attribute_name":"Publication date","attribute_value":"2023-02-01"},"item_title":"Effect of Employee Motivation on Employee Performance in Myanma Insurance","item_type_id":"21","owner":"20","path":["1582965701379"],"publish_date":"2023-05-06","publish_status":"0","recid":"8871","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Effect of Employee Motivation on Employee Performance in Myanma Insurance"],"weko_creator_id":"20","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-06T07:24:49.394551+00:00"}
