Primary data are collected by using self-administered questionnaires. Total of 160 respondents were chosen from 268 employees by using simple random sampling method. Secondary data are also used from internet, websites, journals and textbooks. Job stressors that have been examined under this study include role conflict, relationship with others, workload, home-work interface, role ambiguity and performance pressure. Based on the survey results, role conflict, home-work interface and role ambiguity are significantly effect on job stress. The results also show that there is a significant positive effect between job stress and job satisfaction and working experience is not moderate effect on the effect between job stress and job satisfaction. It can be concluded that employees are satisfied although they get stress on the job at the Department of Bridge under Ministry of Construction.
