The objectives of the study are to identify the employee conditions\nand working activities of Yangon Zoological Garden, to determine the satisfaction of\nvisitors on service quality of employee working in Yangon Zoological Garden and to\nanalyze the opinion of the visitors about their satisfaction on recreation. The study is\nconducted on 300 visitors of Yangon Zoological Garden with structured questionnaire.\nIt is found that most of the respondents were satisfied with the knowledge and\nexperience of animal life and conservation at Yangon Zoological Garden. And also,\nmost visitors satisfied with the polite treatment of the employees of the sales and\nmarketing department. Most visitors expressed satisfaction with the provision of\nwheelchair services and emergency health care services for the disabled and elderly. It\nis suggested that the foreign animal species should be displayed as much as possible,\nand local animal species should be created in Yangon Zoological Garden.
