We generated several thousands of tracks of the single charged particles in nuclear emulsion stacks with GEANT 4 simulation and obtained second difference in constant Sagitta Method. We found that recognition of Ξ- hyperon from π- mesons is well satisfied, although that from K- and proton are a little difficult.
