In order to reach the objectives, a survey was conducted based on 169 employees out of 300 total employees at Naypyitaw Development Bank. The analysis shows that the influencing factors or engagement drivers, such as leadership, the relationship with coworkers, career growth opportunities, and work-life balance, positively influence vigor and absorption engagements. Among the influencing factors, the relationship with coworkers, career growth opportunities, and work-life balance positively influence dedication engagement. Furthermore, vigor and absorption have a positive influence on the organizational citizenship behavior of the individual, whereas dedication and absorption have a positive influence on the organizational citizenship behavior organization. In addition, organizational citizenship behavior (individual) and organizational citizenship behavior (organization) positively influence employee performance.
