Majority of\npassengers are students and government staffs with monthly middle income earners.\nCustomers’ satisfaction mostly depends on time consumption to take a bus and\nservice on bus. Satisfaction also depends on the manner of drivers and obedience on\nrules and regulations. Moreover, physical condition of buses and confortable of seats\nis one of the factors to satisfy passengers. Safety on the bus, cleanliness on the bus\nand ease of taking on bus are also important for satisfaction. Most of passengers\nprefer confortable on the bus by air-condition. Bus fares are suitable for long trip\npassengers but not satisfy by short trip passengers.
