The\nobjectives of the study are to identify the risk management practice of IPDO and to\nanalyze the effect of risk management practices on the performance of IPDO.\nQuestionnaires Survey are used to gather data and information from 70 respondents.\nAfter that, analytical methods including regression and liner regression analysis were\napplied. The findings of the study highlighted, supporting the necessary adoption of\nthe practices to enhance performance of IPDO. Another finding showed that the twopositive\nfactors of risk sharing and risk retention are essential to contribute towards\nthe success of organization's performance. Proper maintenance of risk avoidance, risk\nreduction, risk sharing and risk retention helped the success of risk management\npractices for the organization. Thus, risk management practices of IPDO should be\nfocused on improving performance.
