Descriptive research\nand quantitative research methods are used and the study bases on both primary and\nsecondary data. As a sample, 95 employees are selected from total 260 employees\nwho are working at Naypyitaw Development Bank (NDB) branches in the Naypyitaw\nCity by using simple random sampling method. The study finds out that transactional\nleadership style has significant effects on both organizational culture and employees’\njob satisfaction. And the study finds that autocratic leadership style and democratic\nleadership style have significant effects on organizational culture. The study also\nrevealed that bureaucratic leadership style has positive and significant effects on\nemployees’ job satisfaction.
