The\nobjectives of the study are to identify competitive strategies of DGB Microfinance\nMyanmar Co., Ltd., to examine the effect of strategies on business performance of\ncompany and to analyze the relationship between business performance and\nsustainability of company. The primary data was collected from 150 employees out of\n300 employees (50% sample size) from the company. The questionnaires are structured\nwith 5 points Likert scale. The descriptive and inferential analysis method are used. The\nstudy found that cost-leadership strategy has a positive and dominant effect on business\nperformance of company. The focus strategy is also positively affecting on performance\nof business. However, the study found that differentiation strategy has no influence on\nperformance of business. Therefore, the company can analyze and adopt the cost\nleadership strategies that can formulate and improve business performance in order to\ngain sustainable advantages in the industry.
