Field data was used for image classification and verifying the result.\nFinally, seven band ratios have been created and each ratio reveals two or three LULC\nfeatures. Ratio of visible spectrum bands (b2/b3 and b3/b2) can help to clear the images of\nforests, crop lands, barren lands; ratios of red and near IR bands (b3/b4 and b4/b3) reveal\nurban area, vegetation, waterbody and croplands. This study has been on the basis of visual\ninterpretation on different classification techniques.
