The nutritional values of fruit pulp were evaluated for\nits value such as protein, fiber, fat and carbohydrate according to the method of AOAC.\nThe phytochemical studied that the fruit contains alkaloids, saponin, flavonoids,\ncarbohydrates, tannins and phenolic compound etc. The contents of elements were\nanalyzed by using Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence (EDXRF) spectrometer.\nPotassium, calcium, phosphorus and others elements can be found in the fruit of\nSolanum betaceum Cav. Then, antimicrobial activities of the fruit olanum betaceum Cav\n.were studied on microorganisms. In antimicrobial activities, the methanol extract showed\ninhibition zone on Escherichia coli (15 mm) and Candida albicans (12mm). The ethanol\nextract showed inhibition zone on Pseudomonas aeruginosa (11mm), Escherichia coli (13mm) and\nCandida albicans (13mm).
