The situations of these\nexplanatory variables were described by using descriptive statistics. According to the\ncorrelation matrix of explanatory variables, it was found that these are highly\ncorrelated themselves. Since the symptoms of collinearity occur between sown\nacreage and harvested acreage. Thus, principal component analysis was applied to\novercome multicollinearity problem.
