A survey of\nemployees from three cement plants in the Mandalay Region was conducted. Both\nprimary and secondary data were used to get the required result. This study mainly\nuses descriptive and inferential research methods. Data were analyzed through\nstatistical analysis such as pearson correlation and multiple linear regression.\nAccording to the overall mean of workplace bullying and harassment, it was found\nthat respondent employees from the cement plants seem to be safe from being bullied\nand harassed at their workplace, but the employees at three cement plants are showing\nthe symptoms of workplace bullying, and they suffer a little from workplace bullying\nand harassment. Moreover, according to the overall mean of post-traumatic stress\ndisorder and counterproductive work behavior, there are the symptoms of posttraumatic\nstress disorder and counterproductive work behavior in the working\nenvironment. When proceeding to regression analysis, it was found that bullying and\nharassment had positive and significant effects on counterproductive work behavior\n(CWB), as well as on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). And subsequently, PTSD\nalso had a positive, significant effect on CWB.
