Thus developing\ncountries need to pay more attention to education, especially in basic education. This\nthesis observes the situations of primary schools in Shwe Bo Township and aims to\ndetermine whether the facilities are adequately provided to students or not. The\ndescriptive method is applied, using both secondary and primary data. It finds that while\nthe number of students at the primary level of education increased, the number of\nteachers did not significantly increase. Some primary schools have classrooms,\nfurniture, and teaching aid materials adequately, while some schools are found to be\ninadequate. Despite the increase in primary school expenditures, school buildings and\nschool furniture are still inadequate in some schools. This study suggests that budget\nallocation to primary education should be effective and efficient manner.
