Online Shopping\nmake to easily the transaction of money for both buyer and seller, and it also use in\ndaily based on the internet connection. This study investigated the consumers’ attitude\nand intention towards online shopping in Yangon. In this study, primary data are used\nto analyze the feedbacks from a systematic random sample of 415 respondents. The\nstatistical methods such as simple linear regression, multiple regression and\nhierarchical regression models are applied. And then, this study also used Pearson’s\ncorrelation coefficient, analysis of variance and independent t test. According to the\ncorrelation results, positive correlation between time saving, customer service,\npromotion, price-consciousness, website’s design and website’s fulfillment and\nconsumers’ attitude towards online shopping. The results from multiple regression\nshowed that time saving, customer service, promotion, website’s design and website’s\nfulfillment variables have direct relationship and statistically significant with\nconsumers’ attitude towards online shopping. According to the results of t test and\nANOVA, the demographic and socio-economic variables such as gender, age, marital\nstatus, education level and occupation are statistically significance. The results of\nhierarchical regression confirmed that education level and experience are met as the\ninteraction effect on consumers’ intention towards online shopping.
