Eighty-four respondents are chosen for the \nanalysis of this study, by using simple random sampling method. Survey is conducted \nwith structured questionnaires. According to the findings, information support and \nemotional support from career social support have positively significant effect on \ncareer adaptability. Concern and control from career adaptability have positively \nsignificant effect on perceived employability of MBA students. In analyzing the \nmoderating effect of proactive personality, proactive personality plays as significant \nmoderating role in the relationship between career adaptability and perceived \nemployability of MBA students.
