Primary data \nare collected from 132 respondents by using simple random sampling method. Secondary \ndata are obtained from relevant text books, previous research papers, international \njournals and internet web search. It is found that managers at Wah-Lah Noodle highly \nperceive emotional intelligence factors such as self-regulation, social-skills and \nmotivation. The study found that self-awareness has the positive effect on obliging, \ndominating and avoiding styles while self-regulation has the positive effect on avoiding \nand compromising styles. Then, social skills have the significant effect on dominating and \nobliging styles. Moreover, empathy has the positive effect on all conflict management \nstyles while motivation has the significant effect on avoiding and obliging styles. Based \non the research, self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy and motivation have the positive \neffect on overall conflict management styles.
