The data for this study is collected from 384 \nrespondents by using a structured questionnaire. This research uses descriptive and analytical \nresearch methods. Both primary and secondary data are utilized in this research. To collect \nthe primary data, the respondents are chosen by using systematic random sampling method \nand the first week of January, 2022 is identified as the data collection period. During this \nweek, from morning (8:00 am) to evening (6:00 pm) everyday, the data are collected from \npassengers of every 5th outgoing JJ Express. The questionnaires are distributed to all \npassengers on selected JJ Express. Complete responses are obtained from 384 passengers. \nThe findings of the study show that all influencing factors including perceived value, \nperceived service quality and brand image have positive effect on customer attitude towards \nJJ Express. Among these factors, perceived service quality is the most influential factor in \nimproving customer attitude. The result also indicates that customer attitude has significant \ninfluence on behavioural intentions towards JJ Express. In this study, there are two variables: \ncognitive attitude and affective attitude are used to measure customer attitude. Out of these \ntwo variables, affective attitude is the most influential factor in enhancing favourable\nbehavioural intentions.
