The study is conducted based on the survey with 140 \nemployees. This study employed a quantitative research design by using self-administered \nquestionnaires. Among the job resources factors, job autonomy and performance feedback \nhave positive impact on employee engagement. Freedom in carrying out work activities, \nparticipating in making the strategic decision and providing timely and effective \nperformance feedback can increase employee engagement. In addition, the result of the \nstudy describes that the level of employee engagement has positive significant effect on \nemployee performance. Higher employee engagement will lead to higher employee \nperformance. This study highlights the drivers of employee engagement and influence of \nemployee engagement on employee performance, therefore, the management of Myint &\nAssociates Telecommunications Ltd. should more focus on job autonomy and performance \nfeedback than any other job resource factors to increase employee engagement.
